In the days leading up to the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse, the area around 30.10 Square (Ha Long Ward) and the coastal road along Ha Long Bay was resplendent with flowers and lights. For the first time, the "Avenue of a Thousand Flowers" along Ha Long Bay was organized on a large scale, becoming a new tourism product of Quang Ninh province during the early spring season.

This unique flower-filled check-in spot by Ha Long Bay takes place from the 28th day of the 12th lunar month (February 15th) to the 6th day (February 22nd) of the Lunar New Year of the Horse. It offers a springtime experience combining artistic flower arrangements with modern lighting technology. Right from the entrance, visitors encounter flower-lined paths designed according to various themes, stretching through the heart of the seaside town. Tens of thousands of flower pots in shades of yellow, red, purple, and pink intertwine, creating a vibrant spring scene.
According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ninh province, the highlight of this year's boulevard is the elaborate "eight horses chasing the wind" mascot cluster, crafted from fresh flowers. Eight giant horses in a galloping posture, their manes and bodies covered in colorful flowers, symbolize the spirit of breakthrough and the aspiration for progress of the mining region in the new year. This area has become a popular "check-in" spot attracting many locals and tourists.

At night, the avenue of a thousand flowers along Ha Long Bay becomes dazzling with a system of 40 LED archways forming a "light tunnel". The light strips are programmed to move and change colors continuously, creating an impressive visual effect amidst the seascape.
With its impressive scale and systematic investment, the Avenue of a Thousand Flowers along Ha Long Bay not only contributes to beautifying the urban landscape during the Lunar New Year of the Horse but also affirms Quang Ninh's efforts in developing new tourism products and enhancing the experience for tourists every spring.
The flower avenue is open to the public and tourists free of charge.
