On the morning of the first day of the Lunar New Year (Year of the Horse), the streets were adorned with fluttering flags, and clusters of flowers along the roadside burst into vibrant colors, adding to the radiant and bright atmosphere of spring. A new spring promises many changes.

The atmosphere of Tet (Lunar New Year) here is more vibrant and joyful; the villages are filled with laughter, and the village roads and alleys are clean and beautiful. Prosperity and peace are evident in every home.

The vibrant spirit of spring is enlivening a rural area that is undergoing daily transformation. A new vitality, a new springtime atmosphere, is not only evident in the increasingly prosperous and well-maintained landscape, but also clearly reflected in the improving quality of life and the ever-increasing sense of initiative and self-governance among the people.

During Tet (Lunar New Year), people's awareness of environmental hygiene is further enhanced. Families not only decorate and beautify their homes, but also adorn the streets and alleys with colorful flags and flowers to celebrate the spring festival. People in the commune work together to clean up, create a beautiful environment, and plant flowers in front of their houses to add to the festive atmosphere of spring.

This spring, the people of Phuc Son commune are joyfully celebrating the traditional Lunar New Year with a system of green spaces and roads that have been expanded, strengthened, and made clean and beautiful. Cultural, physical education, and sports facilities have been invested in comprehensively. The material and spiritual lives of the local people have improved significantly.

With many achievements and successes attained in 2025, the officials and people of Phuc Son commune are celebrating a warm, joyful, and enthusiastic Tet holiday. During this Tet holiday, Phuc Son commune is paying special attention to caring for the poor and those receiving social welfare benefits, with the motto "no poor person should be without a Tet celebration," so that the people can enjoy the spring and welcome the Tet holiday with confidence and enthusiasm.
