Samsung has just personally "confirmed" the design of the Galaxy S26 series when render images of all three models were discovered in One UI 8.5.
According to Android Authority, these images carry the codenames M1, M2, and M3 — which match previous leaks about the Galaxy S26 (M1), S26 (M2), and S26 Ultra (M3).
Specifically, these images were found in the One UI 8.5 firmware test. Although they are not complete promotional images, they are enough to confirm the new look of the product line.

Leaked designs show that the Galaxy S26 and S26+ will use a vertically placed camera cluster in a rectangular “island” — similar to the style Samsung is applying to the Galaxy Z Fold 7, S25 Edge, and many Galaxy A models.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra also uses a vertical island camera design, but comes with two additional large sensors placed next to it.
It is worth noting that in the past, the S25 Ultra had a separate camera design for each lens, not using an island camera.

The move to a vertical island cluster shows that Samsung is looking to unify the design language across the entire ecosystem, similar to how Apple and Google clearly differentiate between regular and high-end lines.
Information about these models also matches previous leaks, suggesting they are part of Samsung's "Miracle project."
The Galaxy S26 is expected to be the first devices to run One UI 8.5 out of the box, Samsung's version of Android 16.
Meanwhile, Galaxy S25 users will have the chance to experience One UI 8.5 beta around the second week of December.
