In recent years, the fields of Information Technology, digital services, and digital content in the world have continuously recorded high growth rates and are increasingly developing in breadth and depth.

This year's award-winning Vietnamese technology products are considered to bring opportunities for everyone to access and use technology, thereby solving many problems and challenges in many areas of society.

Notably, Viettel is the first Vietnamese enterprise to win the most awards at IBA 2023 in its 8th participation with 18 awards, including 6 Gold awards, 3 Silver awards and 9 Bronze awards. On this year's award map, Viettel accounts for more than 60% of the awards from Vietnamese enterprises.

In the field of Education, the National High School Graduation Exam System developed by Viettel Solutions won the Gold Award and was evaluated as a "national digital transformation project, deserving of a maximum of 10 points".

This is the first and only system officially used by the Ministry of Education and Training to optimize time, costs and ensure transparency. Currently, the system has been used at 63/63 Examination Boards; accompanying 81 million students nationwide.

In the AI field, Viettel's 3 award-winning products include: Cyberbot virtual assistant switchboard system; Viettel Machine Learning Platform machine learning model training platform; Viettel Data Mining Platform data mining platform.

In addition, Viettel Construction Joint Stock Corporation, Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation, Viettel Cyberspace Center and Telemor were all honored as Company of the Year in their respective business sectors.

In the Finance sector, Telemor's Mosan e-wallet (Viettel's brand in Timor Leste) has won two Gold awards in the categories of Financial Solution of the Year and Banking and Financial Services Application of the Year. From June 2023, the East Timorese government will pay subsidies to its people via Mosan e-wallet, with an estimated 2 million poor women and children benefiting from this project.

In the category of innovative mobile applications, Viettel also had 2 products, ViettelPost App and MyID, which were honored with Gold and Silver awards, respectively. As of May 2023, the number of active users through the Viettel Post App platform fluctuated around more than 1.4 million people with the number of orders reaching nearly 6.6 million orders. Meanwhile, MyID, applying the most modern technology, has become the most popular telecommunications super application in Myanmar.
