On the evening of January 23rd, the People's Committee of the city held a general rehearsal of the televised art program "The Sun Shines Forever - Radiant Aspirations" to celebrate the successful conclusion of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Attending the dress rehearsal were the Vice Chairmen of the City People's Committee: Nguyen Minh Hung and Tran Van Quan; leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and members of the City Arts Council.

The dress rehearsal proceeded according to the script, ensuring high standards in artistic content, television technology, and organization.

According to the plan, the live broadcast of the art program "The Sun Shines Forever - Aspirations Radiantly" will take place at 8:15 PM on January 24th, connecting two locations: the Hai Phong City Theater Square and the Eastern Region Cultural Center Square.

Performances praising the great image of President Ho Chi Minh were held at the City Theater Square venue.

The program was broadcast live on the radio and digital platforms of Hai Phong Newspaper and Radio & Television.

Performances celebrating the glorious journey of our Party over the past 96 years were held at the Eastern Cultural Center Square.

The program, lasting approximately 90 minutes, is structured into three artistic chapters: "The Everlasting Sun," "Radiant Springs," and "Shining Aspirations."

The performance featured many renowned artists, singers, and actors, such as Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, Xuan Hao, Do To Hoa, Hoang Hong Ngoc… along with artists and actors from the Hai Phong Contemporary Art Theatre, the Xu Dong Cheo Theatre, the Hai Phong City Children's Cultural Palace, and many professional dance troupes.

The performances were elaborately staged in terms of music, choreography, and stage design, vividly recreating the glorious journey of the Party and the aspirations of the country to rise in the new era.

Notably, the artistic fireworks display at both locations took place immediately after the performance ended, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party.

At this point, the basic rehearsals are complete, and we are ready to hold the program on the evening of January 24th.
