According to the meteorological agency, the tropical depression currently in the central Philippines is forecast to enter the East Sea in the next 48 hours.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, a tropical depression is currently active in the eastern coastal area of ​​the central Philippines. At 1 p.m. on December 6, the center of the tropical depression was at about 11.8 degrees north latitude; 125.9 degrees east longitude. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 6 (39 - 49 km/h), gusting to level 8. The tropical depression is moving westward at a speed of 5 - 10 km/h.

In the next 24 hours, the tropical depression is forecast to move west-southwest at a speed of 10-15km/h. At 1pm on December 7, the center will be at about 11.7 degrees north latitude; 123.2 degrees east longitude, in the central Philippines. The intensity is level 6, gusting to level 8.

It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours , the tropical depression will continue to move west-southwest at a speed of 15-20km/h. At 1:00 p.m. on December 8, the center will be at about 11.5 degrees north latitude; 119.4 degrees east longitude, in the sea area east of the central East Sea. Intensity level 6, gust level 8.

The danger zone in the next 48 hours is determined to be the area from 10.5 to 13 degrees north latitude, east of 118 degrees east longitude. The natural disaster risk level is level 3 for the sea area east of the central East Sea.

From the next 48 to 72 hours , the tropical depression continues to move in the west-southwest direction, traveling 20-25km per hour, with little change in intensity.

At sea, from early morning on December 8, the sea area east of the central East Sea has gradually increased to level 6 winds, gusting to level 8; waves 2-4m high, rough seas. Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.
