Landslide in Hung Son commune: Da Nang City Military Command urgently rescues
DNO - On November 14, facing the landslide situation in Hung Son commune, the Da Nang City Military Command urgently mobilized maximum forces, closely coordinated with local authorities and units to deploy rescue and relief operations, ensuring absolute safety for people.

As reported by Da Nang Newspaper, Radio and Television , at around 9:30 a.m. on November 14, in Put village - at the upstream area, about 250 meters from the people's dam and Ga Ry Border Guard Station, a large-scale landslide occurred, burying many areas and causing traffic jams of more than 200 meters.
The landslide left 3 people missing, damaged 3 motorbikes, 5 Jun houses (farming houses), 9 cows and 15 hectares of people's farmland.
Immediately after the incident, the City Military Command directed the Defense Command of Zone 2 - Thanh My and local forces to urgently deploy forces to approach the scene.
At the same time, 103 officers and soldiers were mobilized from the City Military Command, the Defense Command of Area 2 - Thanh My, the militia force of Hung Son commune, Ga Ry Border Guard Station, the Commune Police and the People's Committee of Hung Son commune, along with 2 flycams and 3 cars, actively participating in the search and force mobilization mission.

The City Military Command directed local forces to coordinate with local authorities to promptly evacuate 84 households/314 people in Glao village and 87 households/350 people in H Jun village out of the danger zone.
A forward command post was established at the scene, directly commanded by Lieutenant Colonel Tran Kim Tuan, Deputy Commander of the City Military Command, to promptly direct all search and rescue activities and ensure the safety of participating forces.

In the coming time, there may be prolonged heavy rain, steep terrain, and a very high risk of further landslides, the City Military Command requires forces to maintain the highest state of readiness, deploying to search for missing victims with a spirit of urgency and determination but ensuring absolute safety.
At the same time, the forces coordinated to support people in evacuating, protecting property, and maintaining stability in the area.
