Low-altitude fireworks display to celebrate Red River Festival 2025

Accordingly, after the end of the art program at the Opening Ceremony of the Red River Festival on the evening of November 19, 2025, Lao Cai province will organize low-altitude fireworks displays at Nam Cuong Square, Cam Duong ward to serve the people and tourists.

To ensure the fireworks display is held safely, solemnly and creates an exciting atmosphere for the people, the Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Military Command to preside over and closely coordinate with the Provincial Police, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Finance, Cam Duong Ward People's Committee and relevant agencies and units to carefully prepare all technical, security, safety, fire prevention and fighting and organizational conditions, to ensure the fireworks display is held absolutely safely.

The fireworks display at the Red River Festival 2025 not only contributes to creating a highlight for the big festival, but also demonstrates the hospitality, dynamism and creativity of Lao Cai province in organizing regional cultural and tourism events.

It is known that a total of 120 fireworks displays will be used, funded by socialized sources.
