With the new regulations, from January 1, 2026, more than 5 million business households nationwide will pay taxes by declaration, instead of lump-sum tax. Millions of business households are urgently preparing for the transition process and encounter many difficulties and problems.
The issue that business households are most concerned about is detailed instructions on how to declare revenue online, tax rates to be paid after the abolition of lump-sum tax from 2026...
According to experts, the transition from household contracting to tax declaration is difficult to understand, but if this stage is overcome, it will bring many benefits.
According to Mr. Pham Trung Dung, to accompany the tax industry, BIDV has launched the campaign "60 peak days - Converting from lump-sum tax to declaration for business households" to support business households in meeting new regulations of the tax industry and legal regulations.
As a commercial bank, in addition to comprehensive financial solutions, BIDV has launched MyShop Pro integrated right into the BIDV SmartBanking e-banking application.
This application is built on a symbiotic ecosystem architecture, replacing all traditional sales management books, helping businesses manage all activities from payment, revenue, expenses, to inventory...; complying with new regulations in tax management such as easy electronic invoice issuance, synchronized on the same platform. BIDV is waiving the application usage fee for life for customers who register to use the service in 2025.

According to BIDV representative, the bank has partnered with Misa Company (the current largest market share partner in providing sales and accounting software for small and medium enterprises), deploying a specialized product of 100% unsecured loans through Misa's accounting/sales management software. Enterprises register their loan needs, submit documents, receive approval through the Misa accounting platform and can withdraw capital immediately after approval. Simple procedures, competitive interest rates, limit up to 3 billion VND.

From the perspective of a technology solution provider, Mr. Nguyen Gia Bao Long, Director of Business Development Haravan, said that he is building software and support applications to help businesses reduce barriers and simplify the steps of creating orders, issuing invoices, processing accounting documents, etc. The current goal is to have a solution to simplify business operations for businesses.
"Business households only perform one business operation - such as creating an order, but revenue is recorded, inventory is deducted, a list is formed and an electronic invoice with a tax authority code is issued and transmitted to the tax authority system on the same day. From there, the data for tax declaration is fully guaranteed, whether the business person applies the direct or deduction method" - Mr. Long explained.
