The inspection aims to ensure that 100% of vaccination facilities have complete records and comply with reporting and archiving regulations.
In addition, the Department of Health will conduct an inspection focusing on the following aspects: legal conditions; facilities, vaccine management, vaccination procedures, management of post-vaccination reactions; record-keeping and reporting; and customer counseling. The inspection will be carried out from April to June 2026.
The Ca Mau Department of Health is conducting inspections of all vaccination service facilities to detect and promptly correct any violations or shortcomings (if any) in vaccination activities, ensuring vaccination safety.
The Department of Health requires inspection teams to strictly adhere to reporting procedures and submit consolidated results to the Professional Affairs Department no later than 5 working days after the completion of the inspection.
