On November 28, Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee granted investment registration certificates for 3 projects in De Gi lagoon area to Arque Degi Joint Stock Company.

The above 3 projects include: The floating urban and tourism service area of Nam De Gi lagoon (sub-area 16.1) with a scale of about 225 hectares, implemented in De Gi commune with a total investment of 2,277 billion VND. The project, floating urban and tourism service area of De Gi lagoon center (sub-area 16.2) with a scale of 187 hectares, implemented in An Luong commune with a capital of 2,695 billion VND. The floating urban and tourism service area project of Bac De Gi lagoon (sub-area 16.3) with a scale of 160 hectares; total investment of over 3,581 billion VND.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc - Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee emphasized: "The project must become a high-class urban area, a luxury superyacht tourism service area of Asian stature. The project is a pioneering project, marking an important step in the province's high-quality urban - tourism development strategy in the new period.

In order for the project to be implemented in accordance with the spirit of commitment, I propose to immediately establish a Project Support Working Group, assigning a leader of the Provincial People's Committee to be directly in charge. Apply the mechanism to resolve administrative procedures "fastest, best". All problems, from site clearance procedures, land to construction permits, must be resolved proactively, flexibly, and synchronously in the spirit of "Overcoming procedures to achieve great goals". Processing speed must be calculated in hours, not days".
