This information is stated in the newly issued decision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment on the publication and guidance on connecting to exploit and use data on land use right certificates and ownership of assets attached to land, replacing the required documents in administrative procedures.
According to the decision, data on land use right certificates and ownership certificates for assets attached to land (land title deeds) in the national land database will be eligible for exploitation and use as a replacement for other documents in administrative procedures.
Information shared on the land title certificate includes the name of the land user, the owner of the property attached to the land; and the identification number. Information about the land parcel will include the land parcel identification code; the land parcel number, map sheet; area; land type; land use duration; form and origin of land use; and land parcel address.
Property information attached to the land will include details such as the property name, usable area, ownership period, ownership type, and property address. Other shared information includes notes, mortgage registrations, certificate issuance number, certificate issuance date, and a PDF file of the certificate information.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Environment requires that when exploiting and sharing data, regulations on information security, intellectual property rights related to data, and privacy must be complied with. Relevant units must also comply with regulations and technical guidelines on data exchange and the principles and regulations on managing, connecting, and sharing digital data between agencies within the political system.
Currently, in the latest update, the VNeID application has integrated the "Certificate of Land Use Rights, Ownership of Houses and Other Assets Attached to Land".
Previously, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Ministry of Public Security organized a 90-day campaign to enrich and clean up the national land database. Once the land database is clean, accurate, and complete, transactions can be conducted directly online. Information on land use rights and property ownership on land is then encrypted and integrated into VNeID for everyone to look up and control.
As of December 2025, after the land data cleaning process, the whole country has had more than 69.7 million land parcels assigned identification codes, including: land parcels for which databases have been established, land parcels for which cadastral maps have been created, and land parcels for which cadastral surveys have been conducted.
