On November 11, the leader of the Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training informed that the Board of Directors of To Hien Thanh High School (Hai Hau Commune, Ninh Binh Province) had a meeting and agreed to dismiss Mr. NVĐ, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the school.

Regarding information on social networks saying that the man in the clip "being intimate" with a woman in the office is a teacher and school principal, the leader of the Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training affirmed that this is completely false information.

The Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training said it has requested the police to verify the individuals and organizations posting false information, and clarify the motives, purposes and level of violations to handle them according to the law, in order to protect the reputation and honor of the teaching staff.

Previously, on November 10, To Hien Thanh High School sent a quick report on the incident to the People's Committee of Hai Hau commune and the Department of Secondary Education .

The report signed by the school principal stated that To Hien Thanh High School is a private school. According to the report, the school confirmed that the person in the clip is not the principal, nor is he an officer or teacher under the management of the education sector. This person has never taught at any educational institution. Judging by the image, the office in the clip is not under the school's management.
