Da Nang Department of Education and Training supports Tra Van commune to promote digital transformation and improve education quality

According to the People's Committee of Tra Van commune, after arranging and merging administrative units, the locality has gradually stabilized the organization and at the same time implemented a two-level government model.

However, the commune still faces many difficulties in terms of school facilities, educational resources, as well as teachers and management staff, especially in the face of digital transformation and modern educational management requirements.

Faced with these difficulties, the Department of Education and Training and the Commune People's Committee agreed to sign a twinning program to concretize Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU of the Da Nang City Party Committee, and at the same time establish a solid bridge between the city's education sector and grassroots units.

According to the signed content, the two sides will regularly contact and share experiences in Party building, consolidating the political system and improving the effectiveness of state management.

In the field of education and training, the Department of Education and Training commits to supporting Tra Van commune in many key areas. Specifically, the department will provide professional guidance, organize training and capacity building for managers and teachers; promote universal education; support the construction of national standard schools and develop the model of "learning society - lifelong learning".

At the same time, the department will support localities in implementing digital transformation, building industry databases, applying software for managing records, statistics, forecasting, as well as planning school networks in accordance with practical conditions. The two sides also agreed to promote administrative reform and apply information technology in operations to improve efficiency in serving people, contributing to modernizing the administration at the grassroots level.

On this occasion, the Department of Education and Training donated 20 million VND and more than 2 tons of goods to the commune to help overcome the damage after the flood. Many other accompanying units also actively contributed: Da Nang Education Investment and Development Joint Stock Company supported books and cash worth more than 178 million VND; Companion Book Club donated 40 million VND in books.

* On the same morning, at Tra Van Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities, the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang, Vietravel Tourism Joint Stock Company - Da Nang Branch and Tra Van Commune People's Committee jointly organized the program "With you - Happy to go to school". Representatives of the city's Department of Education and Training, Commune People's Committee and Vietravel Da Nang presented 30 new bicycles, totaling more than 50 million VND to the students.

Speaking at the event, Director of the Department of Education and Training Le Thi Bich Thuan affirmed that the education sector always cares for and accompanies students in difficult areas, and will create all conditions for them to continue to practice and nurture their dreams.

Mr. Dang Nhu Da Thanh, Deputy Director of Vietravel Da Nang, emphasized that this social security activity not only demonstrates the company's community responsibility but also contributes to spreading the spirit of "continuing to school", encouraging students to make more efforts in their studies and life.
