Da Nang Department of Health commends advanced models

In the period of 2020 - 2025, the patriotic emulation movement of the health sector took place vigorously, creating motivation for cadres and employees in the whole sector to successfully complete their assigned tasks. From the movement, many new models, good practices and effective initiatives have emerged, bringing practical benefits in serving the people.

The whole industry has 99 individuals winning the "Shining White Blouse" award, 10 individuals winning the "Hai Thuong Lan Ong" award, 65 individuals being awarded the title of Meritorious Physician, along with hundreds of initiatives and scientific topics applied to practice.

The first conference to commend advanced models, period 2025 - 2030 is an important milestone, opening a new emulation period of the Da Nang health sector. The Department of Health affirmed that it will continue to innovate, improve the effectiveness of emulation and reward work, promptly commend outstanding collectives and individuals, create motivation to promote the whole sector to strive to complete its tasks well; towards the goal of building a modern, professional health system, for people's health and sustainable development of the city.

Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thi Anh Thi highly appreciated the persistent efforts and silent sacrifices of the team of cadres, doctors and staff in the health sector during the period of 2020 - 2025, especially during the peak of Covid-19 prevention and natural disaster response.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the health sector to continue promoting the tradition of emulation, innovation, proactive adaptation, focusing on building Da Nang into a regional specialized medical center; improving the quality of grassroots healthcare; promoting digital transformation; developing a culture of medical ethics and replicating advanced models, creating motivation for the entire sector to successfully complete the task of caring for and protecting people's health in the new period.

On this occasion, 74 collectives, teams and individuals were commended, received Emulation Flags, Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee and Certificates of Merit from the Director of the Department of Health.
