Job seekers
After the Tet holiday, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thuc in Khanh Hai town (Ninh Hai) went to the Provincial Employment Service Center to complete procedures for unemployment insurance payment and to look for job opportunities. He said: "I used to work at a local electronics company, but I quit my job for various reasons. Today, through the introduction of the staff of the Provincial Employment Service Center, I see that there are many job opportunities. I have specifically researched some job positions and am considering returning to work as soon as possible."

With the intention of finding out about job opportunities through labor export, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tan, Thanh Hai commune (Phan Rang - Thap Cham city) also came to the Employment Service Center very early. Through guidance and propaganda about policies for foreign workers and the current situation of labor market needs in some countries, Mr. Tan chose a job that suited his interests and desires, which is to work abroad in Japan. Mr. Tan shared: Through learning about information about the foreign labor market, I realized that the Japanese labor market is still a traditional and stable market. This has also been my long-standing dream, so I am more confident and determined to go to Japan to work in the near future.
Through research on the labor market, Mr. Phan Thanh Son, Director of the Provincial Employment Service Center, commented that the fact that workers are enthusiastic and actively seeking out job opportunities right from the beginning of the year is a positive sign. As an intermediary connecting information on job counseling, vocational training, policies related to labor relations, human resource supply and labor export, the Provincial Employment Service Center determined to organize many job fairs to support workers in finding jobs that suit their needs and abilities.

The booming business has helped businesses sign many orders, so the demand for labor has also increased. Since the beginning of the year, many businesses inside and outside the province have come to the Provincial Employment Service Center to post recruitment information. Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hanh, Human Resources Administration Department of MK Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City) said: In the past, job fairs have been an effective recruitment channel that helped us find the labor source we wanted. Therefore, the company will continue to have a close connection with the Provincial Employment Service Center to inform local workers about recruitment needs.

Thong Thuan Company Limited located in Thanh Hai Industrial Park (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City) also regularly connects with the Provincial Employment Service Center to recruit workers. Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Human Resources Department of the company said that the company is currently short of about 300 workers. In the past, the company has tried to advertise recruitment information through many different channels, but in reality, finding suitable personnel has not met the recruitment needs. Through the job fairs of the Provincial Employment Service Center, through social networking platforms such as Zalo, Facebook and mass media, the company is trying to find workers to meet production needs.
According to Mr. Phan Thanh Son, since the beginning of 2024, job-seeking and job-finding activities have been very active. Currently, businesses inside and outside the province are in need of recruiting over 4,000 workers. The job market is quite diverse but mainly concentrated in the fields of seafood production, garments and electronics technology. The center will focus on consulting, introducing jobs, organizing fixed job fairs on the 20th of each month and mobile job fairs in localities in the province to help unemployed workers return to the labor market soon.
