Attending were comrades: Bui Quang Huy, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Youth Union; Nguyen Kim Quy, Permanent Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union.
On the side of Ho Chi Minh City, there were comrades: Tran Van Bay, Vice Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Ngo Minh Hai, Vice Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union.
The festival took place over 2 days, December 6 and 7, with many meaningful activities, such as: 5,000 volunteers participating in a performance with the theme "Vietnamese youth firmly stepping under the Party's flag - pioneering into the new era"; booths, exhibitions displaying technology products, creative models of youth; talk show "Improving the capacity to coordinate volunteer activities of Youth Union - Association organizations"; "Volunteer Dance" contest; awarding the "National Volunteer" award, the "Creative Youth" award nationwide in 2025;...
On this occasion, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation awarded certificates of merit to 50 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements and contributions to volunteer activities nationwide. The Ho Chi Minh City Youth Federation also honored 52 volunteer clubs, teams, and groups and 55 individuals with outstanding achievements in volunteer activities and social work in Ho Chi Minh City in 2025. Along with that, 20 students who overcame difficulties and excelled in their studies received gifts at the program.
