Exciting Lunar New Year celebrations at the Permanent Militia Naval Squadron.

On February 13th, at the Permanent Militia Squadron (An Giang Provincial Military Command), mass organizations under the Provincial Military Command, in coordination with the Women's Union and the Youth Union of Kien Luong and Hoa Dien communes, organized a program to make banh tet (traditional Vietnamese rice cakes) to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026.

A package of 250 sticky rice cakes (bánh tét) was given as a gift to officers and soldiers.

Presenting gifts to the soldiers of the Permanent Militia Naval Squadron.

During the program, officers, members, and soldiers together wrapped 250 sticky rice cakes (bánh tét) to donate to officers and soldiers of the unit currently on duty. The organizing committee also presented many gifts to support soldiers, youth union members, officers, and women's association members in difficult circumstances.

Granting scholarships to underprivileged students who overcome difficulties.

On this occasion, the Women's Association of the Provincial Military Command, in coordination with the Kien Luong Commune Youth Union, awarded 10 scholarships from the "Nurturing Knowledge" model to students from disadvantaged backgrounds who have strived to excel in their studies, each scholarship worth 800,000 VND.

The program also included activities such as picking lucky branches at the beginning of the year, blindfolded soccer games, and a spinning wheel game, creating a joyful and lively atmosphere.
