Due to the influence of storm No. 15, on the night of November 27 and 28, the coastal waters of Khanh Hoa province experienced strong winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8-9 in the Northeast direction; the sea was very rough, with waves 2-5m high.
On the night of November 27, on Pham Van Dong Street (coastal area of North Nha Trang ward), many large waves continuously crashed into the shore. At times, the waves were up to 5m high, overflowing the road, knocking over motorcyclists.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Uyen (residing in Ba Lang area, Bac Nha Trang ward) said that at around 8:00 p.m. on November 27, waves suddenly hit the shore, splashing seawater on her and her boyfriend. If they had not held the steering wheel firmly, they could have easily fallen onto the road.
Similarly, in the Tram Huong Tower area (Nha Trang ward), strong waves also hit close to the foot of the stone embankment, creating a fierce scene.

Faced with the complicated developments of storm No. 15, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province has issued an urgent dispatch, requesting localities to proactively deploy response measures and at the same time overcome the consequences of the recent flood.
Sectors and localities should take advantage of the temporarily stable weather to repair damaged infrastructure and houses, and prepare for further natural disasters. Arrange guards and checkpoints at culverts, spillways, and areas with deep flooding and fast-flowing water; absolutely do not allow people and vehicles to pass through to ensure the safety of people's lives.
