This is a series of activities within the program "Hanoi Days in Ho Chi Minh City" lasting until August 25 to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).
Also tonight, the opening ceremony of this program officially took place at Nguyen Hue walking street with the theme "Hanoi's Red Marks", including performances inspired by Hanoi Flag Tower - a special historical relic, one of the symbols of the capital.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Vu Thu Ha - Vice Chairwoman of Hanoi People's Committee - said that the program "Hanoi Days in Ho Chi Minh City" is an opportunity for the two cities to review the heroic history of the nation.
