Luciano Spalletti’s first day of “school” at Juventus took place in the Cremonese “classroom”. The Giovanni Zini Stadium – where the hosts are unbeaten in their last five Serie A games – is a fortress to test this start.
Spalletti quickly took charge of the Juventus squad, which was without young stars Yildiz and Kelly due to injury.

Koopmeiners returned to the starting lineup as an attacking midfielder, with Filip Kostic taking the left-back role in a 4-3-1-2 system. Dusan Vlahovic and Openda played as strikers.
Despite the limited training time with Spalletti, Juventus have shown a more defined style of play. His choices have also paid off.
Right from the 2nd minute, the "Old Lady" pressured the home team, allowing Kostic to quietly run into the penalty area and shoot diagonally to open the score.
Kostic 's goal was scored after 1 minute 25 seconds. This is the second fastest away goal scored by Juventus in Serie A since Opta started keeping records (2004/05), after Nicola Legrottaglie's goal against Atalanta on 20 April 2008 – 46 seconds .
Juventus 's attack played dynamically. Openda moved widely, passed the ball well, Vlahovic fired a powerful shot in the 20th minute, forcing goalkeeper Audero to make an excellent save.
Audero, the Indonesian goalkeeper, continued to excel when he dived to block Locatelli's dangerous low shot from the edge of the penalty area.
The second half continued with Kostic continuing his good form, combining with Vlahovic to pass to Cambiaso, but his shot lacked accuracy.

Juventus' defense also went through tense minutes, when Vardy and Vandeputte combined to create great pressure on Di Gregorio's goal.
Juventus' second goal came in the 68th minute, shortly after Vlahovic missed Openda's pass due to a slow run.
The away team attacked from the right wing, Vlahovic put pressure, Cremonese defender cleared the ball creating an opportunity for Cambiaso to run up and finish, doubling the gap.
Cremonese, the team that defeated Luka Modric's AC Milan, proved that they are not easy to beat at home.
In the 83rd minute, Dennis Johnsen – who had just come on as a substitute for more than a minute – sent a long counter-attacking pass from home, Vardy ran past the younger Gatti and then kicked the ball into the far corner to defeat Di Gregorio.
There were no more goals in the remaining time. Juventus dominated the situation, Spalletti smiled with a favorable start.
Score:
Cremonese: Vardy 83' .
Juventus: Kostic 2', Cambiaso 68'.
