Division 10 (34th Corps) set out to build houses for people whose houses had collapsed due to floods.

Carrying out the task of supporting the construction and repair of houses for people affected by floods, Division 10 mobilized nearly 250 officers and soldiers along with vehicles and materials to help people in Dak Lak province build and repair houses.

Informing and assigning tasks to officers and soldiers at the departure ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Dang Thanh Tuyen, Deputy Political Commissar of Division 10, said that, thoroughly grasping the direction of the Prime Minister, the Head of the Ministry of National Defense and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the Command of the 34th Corps on implementing the "Quang Trung Campaign", quickly rebuilding and repairing houses for people after rain and floods; after only a short time, Division 10 completed all preparations and organized a solemn departure ceremony.

At the departure ceremony, Division 10 launched a peak emulation campaign with the theme: "Fast action - High responsibility - Good solidarity - Finish early" to motivate and encourage all officers and soldiers to compete to perform well in 4 contents: Competing to complete tasks with the highest determination; competing to speed up progress, ensuring construction quality; competing to ensure absolute safety; competing to promote the tradition of Uncle Ho's soldiers - "when they leave, the people remember; when they stay, the people love".

Unit and local leaders encouraged officers and soldiers to go on missions to help people.

In his speech, Colonel Nguyen Duc Ha requested that officers and soldiers of Division 10 clearly demonstrate their determination, uphold their sense of responsibility, and work with the spirit of building houses for the people as if they were building houses for their own families. The process of carrying out the task must ensure absolute safety, quality, on schedule, and in accordance with the law.

The Deputy Political Commissar of the 34th Corps requested that officers and soldiers of Division 10 maintain internal solidarity and closely unite with local Party committees, authorities and people; properly carry out the 10 oaths and 12 disciplinary rules.
