Attending the departure ceremony were Colonel Nguyen Duc Ha - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the 34th Army Corps, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee to support the construction and repair of houses for people affected by floods in Gia Lai and Dak Lak provinces.

Implementing the direction of the Government, the Ministry of National Defense and the 34th Corps Command on deploying "Quang Trung Campaign" to support people to overcome damage after natural disasters, Division 10 mobilized nearly 250 officers, soldiers and vehicles to help households in Dak Lak province rebuild and repair damaged houses.
Explaining the mission at the military launch ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Dang Thanh Tuyen - Deputy Political Commissar of Division 10 - said: After a period of urgent preparation, the unit has completed all conditions to deploy forces as quickly as possible, in accordance with the directive spirit of "speedily rebuilding houses for people after floods".
The Party Committee and Command of Division 10 determined that this was a particularly important political task, deeply demonstrating the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers and the tradition of the heroic unit. The Division was determined to complete the task with the motto "Speedy marching - Speedy construction - Speedy finish line".

At the ceremony, Division 10 launched a peak emulation campaign with the theme "Fast action - High responsibility - Good solidarity - Early finish", focusing on 4 contents: determination to complete tasks, speed up construction progress to ensure quality, maintain absolute safety, promote the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in relations with the people.
Speaking at the departure ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Duc Ha asked officers and soldiers of Division 10 to uphold their sense of responsibility, work with the mindset of "helping people like helping their own family"; ensure safety in construction and comply with progress and legal regulations.
The Deputy Political Commissar of the 34th Corps also requested the unit to maintain internal solidarity, closely coordinate with local Party committees, authorities and people; strictly implement the 10 oaths of honor and 12 disciplinary rules of the Vietnam People's Army; maintain military etiquette and manners, and maintain a regular and clean lifestyle throughout the mission of helping people overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
