In 2025, the Party Committee and Command of Division 361 proactively overcame difficulties, thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented resolutions, directives and orders from superiors; and comprehensively completed all aspects of work. The unit well implemented the military , defense and combat training orders of the Service Commander; supplemented and completed the system of plans and combat readiness documents; and organized and practiced the plans skillfully. Participating in the parade on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, it successfully completed its tasks. Proactively trained combat teams to participate in competitions and sports events at the Service level, achieving good results and absolute safety.

The Party Committee and the Division Commander focused on leading and rectifying agencies and units in implementing the rules of building a regular system, managing discipline, especially military etiquette, guarding, and strictly managing the number of troops entering and leaving the barracks. Ensure good logistics, technical work, and finance for tasks. Organize thematic activities on "Pioneer Party members learning digital skills" and establish a "Digital skills advisory group" according to instructions. Implement well the work of cadre policy and military rear policy.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Le Anh Chien acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Division's officers and soldiers in 2025. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, agencies and units need to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement directives, resolutions and orders from superiors; lead, direct and synchronously carry out contents and measures to improve the quality of training and combat readiness; make a breakthrough in training to master improved equipment; focus on training to improve the qualifications of combat crews, training in competitions, sports, exercises, and live-fire. Do a good job of political and ideological work, grasp and closely manage the internal political situation. Focus on building discipline, promoting initiatives and improving techniques. Ensure all aspects of logistics, techniques and finance for combat readiness, training, exercises and regular and unexpected tasks of the unit.
