On the evening of May 19, information from Hai Duong City Police (Hai Duong Province) said that authorities are investigating a series of accidents that occurred on Pham Ngu Lao Street, leaving two people seriously injured.
Crazy car crashes into 4 vehicles, 2 people seriously injured
Initial information, at around 4:40 p.m. the same day, car with license plate 34A-628.41 driven by Vu Minh Duc, while traveling on Pham Ngu Lao Street (Pham Ngu Lao Ward, Hai Duong City) in the direction from May Su intersection to Nga Sau (Hai Duong City), collided with an electric bicycle driven by N.D.MQ (born 2013, Tan Binh Ward, Hai Duong City) traveling in the same direction.

This car continued to collide with a motorbike with license plate 34B2-562.60 driven by Mr. D.HN (born in 1972, residing in Ngoc Chau ward, Hai Duong city), going from the six-way intersection to May Su crossroads. Next, this car collided with two motorbikes with license plate 34K1-039.37 driven by Ms. LTC (born in 1980) and an electric motorbike with license plate 34MĐ-516.60 driven by Ms. D.KN (born in 2005, both residing in Thanh Binh ward, Hai Duong city).

After the series of collisions, the car stopped a few hundred meters from the scene with damage to the front end and a flat tire.
The accident caused Q. and D.KN to have broken legs, and damaged 5 vehicles involved in the accident.

Hai Duong City Police worked with Vu Minh Duc (born in 1997, residing on Thanh Nien Street, Quang Trung Ward, Hai Duong City).
At the police station, Duc admitted that he was the driver of the car with license plate 34A-628.41 that caused the accident. The authorities tested Duc for drugs and the result was negative, with an alcohol concentration of 1,019 mg/l of breath.
The incident is being investigated and clarified.
