Previously, through the management of the area, the Binh Hoa Commune Police ( An Giang Province) discovered that Tran Minh Tan had signs of suspicion of property theft, so they invited him to the headquarters to work. At the police station, Tan confessed to having committed 3 cases of property theft in the communes: Tri Ton, Can Dang and Vinh Hanh (An Giang Province).
