In implementing the Plan for deploying tasks of the Organizing Subcommittee for the 14th National Congress of the Party, and following the directives of the Standing Committee of the Central Party Secretariat on adjusting the assignment of tasks for presiding over the organization of the artistic program of the 14th Party Congress, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee has developed a plan to organize a special artistic program to celebrate the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The program was organized to widely disseminate information and create an atmosphere of enthusiasm throughout the Party, the people, and the armed forces regarding the significance, scope, and major orientations of the 14th National Congress of the Party – a momentous political event for the country, opening a new stage of development.

The program is scheduled to take place at 8:10 PM on January 23, 2026, at My Dinh National Stadium (illustrative image).
This activity also commemorates the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), affirming the Party's leadership and governing role, strengthening the confidence of cadres, Party members, and the people; encouraging and motivating the entire Party, people, and army to promote the spirit of unity, self-reliance, self-confidence, and self-strength; creating a vibrant atmosphere of emulation and determination to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress.
The program also aims to affirm the outstanding achievements of the country over 40 years of reform (1986 - 2026), spreading the aspiration for a strong and prosperous Vietnam; contributing to consolidating social consensus, strengthening national pride and faith in the Party's reform policies. At the same time, it honors the revolutionary, cultural, and heroic traditions of Hanoi; awakens pride and responsibility in building and protecting the capital - the heart of the nation; contributes to nurturing the cultural values of elegant and civilized Hanoians; and affirms the role and responsibility of the capital in the era of national progress.
The special arts program "New Vision - New Era" is directed by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam; the Hanoi City Party Committee is in charge of its implementation, in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and other relevant agencies.
The program is scheduled to take place at 8:10 PM on January 23, 2026, at My Dinh National Stadium and will be broadcast live on VTV3 - Vietnam Television and other digital platforms. Approximately 30,000 people are expected to attend.
According to the plan, the special art program "New Vision - New Era" is scheduled for a preliminary rehearsal at 8 PM on January 18th, and a final rehearsal at 8 PM on January 21st.
