Performance 4 is considered the most challenging stage since the beginning of the Rookie of the Year program. Right in the Icebreaker round, the rookie lineup unexpectedly failed when the performance Take U Home Tonight only achieved 770 points, lower than expected.

This result means that two contestants Ho Dong Quan and Swan Nguyen lost the right to participate in round 2, falling straight into the danger zone and facing the risk of being eliminated.

Without much time to gather their spirits, the rookies immediately entered round 2, which included two competitions: the Bass Âm dance performance and the Um ba la performance.

After just the first dance performance in round 2, the members' exhaustion was evident. As soon as he finished Bass Am , Wonbi collapsed on stage and had to be helped up by his teammates. Backstage, he was forced to use an oxygen tank to stabilize his breathing.

Phuc Nguyen could not hide his overload. The pressure accumulated over many days of training made him cry: "My body no longer listens to me, I don't know why I'm crying, my body is shaking again. When I release everything I have left in me, then I can somewhat relieve my current emotions."

These images are also a sign that the rookies have had to overcome all physical and mental limits to dedicate themselves to the stage.

SOOBIN commented: "I think you guys can do better, but with what you showed on stage today, I believe that everything you have left, from strength to energy in your body, you have shown it all."

However, in the context of mounting pressure, the Bass Âm performance became a special highlight. Bringing the spirit of Vietnamese street to the international exchange stage, the performance combined familiar life materials with stage music , creating a strong effect. Thanks to that explosion, the rookie team passed the challenge with 797 points.

SOOBIN expressed his strong belief in the rookies: "I feel very proud. Because when practicing, they still don't have props, performance costumes and lighting, so they can't show the colors clearly. But I feel that when they officially perform, they have more props, more costumes on their bodies and the cheers from the audience, which is an encouragement as well as a strong support for them to perform very passionately."

Although the Bass Âm performance was successful, the Úm ba la performance only achieved 741 points, unable to pass the challenge. This led to the show being forced to say goodbye to two members, Hồ Đông Quan and Swan Nguyễn.

He expressed regret at losing strong personalities and those who had a great influence on the team. SOOBIN sent a message to Swan Nguyen: "I believe one day you will shine on your own path."

SOOBIN also affirmed that Ho Dong Quan's presence in the group as well as in the performances is always a support for the remaining brothers in the group.
