Deeply aware of the spirit and content of Resolution No. 23 and Resolution No. 52 of the Politburo , Thai Nguyen province has issued resolutions, action programs, conclusions, plans, decisions... for effective implementation. Determining the position, role and importance of the industry sector in the province's socio-economic development, especially effectively taking advantage of the opportunities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to promote the process of growth model innovation, economic restructuring associated with implementing strategic breakthroughs and modernizing the country, Thai Nguyen province has directed resolutely, synchronously and closely the implementation of industrial development policies and digital transformation. Departments, branches, unions and localities in the province have actively participated and achieved positive results, with breakthroughs. In particular, the province's digital transformation activities have created a positive spread to the awareness and actions of cadres, civil servants, workers and the entire political system. Along with that, the province is interested in innovating and improving the quality of propaganda, dissemination and legal education, thereby increasing awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, cadres, party members and people about the position and role of industrial policy development and digital transformation in all aspects from security - politics to economy and society.
Members of the Working Group discussed some contents related to Thai Nguyen's digital transformation policy.
At the meeting, delegates highly appreciated the responsibility and results of Thai Nguyen province in implementing Resolution No. 23 and Resolution No. 52 of the Politburo, and focused on discussing and clarifying a number of contents such as: Good experiences of Thai Nguyen in supporting businesses in digital transformation; policies on information technology development, creating a favorable environment to attract and develop businesses; difficulties and obstacles in the practice of smart manufacturing transformation; orientation for developing social housing, trade union institutions for workers in industrial parks and clusters...

Receiving the opinions of the working delegation at the working session, comrade Pham Hoang Son, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: Thai Nguyen province will actively seek solutions to improve quality and efficiency to continue to better implement Resolution No. 23 and Resolution No. 52; continue to focus on industrial development with more detailed and clear goals and directions, effectively exploiting the opportunities brought by the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In particular, prioritizing the development of human resources in information technology, attracting talents to maximally meet the needs of development and application of information technology, electronics, and telecommunications. Thai Nguyen province hopes to continue to receive the attention, leadership and direction of the Party, Government, central ministries and branches, especially the Central Economic Commission in leading and directing the issuance of legal documents, mechanisms and policies to create a favorable legal environment for industrial development and the implementation of e-government and digital government. Along with that, attention should be paid to supporting investment for Thai Nguyen province in developing technical infrastructure, especially transport infrastructure to connect key economic zones with the national transport network, seaports and airports, creating favorable conditions to attract investment and promote socio-economic development.
In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation worked with a number of businesses on digital transformation and industrial development in Thai Nguyen province.
