Tan Phu Trung: Hoa Hao Buddhist followers contribute over 8.4 billion VND to social welfare work.

(DTO) Upholding the tradition of "Learning Buddhism - Cultivating virtue" and the principle of "Fourfold Gratitude," in 2025, the Hoa Hao Buddhist community in Tan Phu Trung commune made practical contributions to the development of the locality.

Leaders of the Tan Phu Trung Commune People's Committee visited and congratulated the Hoa Hao Buddhist Management Board of the commune on the 106th anniversary of the birth of Venerable Huynh Giao Chu.

Notably, social welfare activities were carried out with a total value of over 8.4 billion VND mobilized. These practical activities included: constructing 11 new bridges, paving 400 meters of road with gravel, and providing 48 sets of concrete pillars; donating one house to needy families, distributing 3,900 gift packages, and mobilizing 26 tons of rice from the "Rice of Compassion" program; and providing timely support to 570 poor patients to overcome difficulties…

These activities not only affirm the traditional values ​​of the religion but also contribute to strengthening national unity and promoting the increasingly vibrant appearance of the local rural areas.
