Accordingly, Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoan, Chief of Tu Ky District Police, was transferred and appointed to the position of Chief of Chi Linh City Police from December 9.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoan was appointed as Chief of Police of Chi Linh City, Hai Duong Province from December 9.

Before taking up his duties at Chi Linh City Police, Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Hoan worked for many years at Thanh Ha District Police, the Staff Department (Provincial Police) and Tu Ky District Police.
Previously, on October 23, Chief of Chi Linh City Police Nguyen Hoang Long transferred and appointed him to the position of Deputy Chief of Office of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee.
