The program awarded 20 bicycles to 20 students from impoverished and near-impoverished households, as well as ethnic minority students facing difficult circumstances who have strived to excel in their studies. Of these, 10 bicycles were given to students at Cong Da Ethnic Boarding Primary and Secondary School in Trung Son commune, and 10 bicycles were given to students at Hung Loi 2 Primary School in Hung Loi commune. The total cost, exceeding 45 million VND, was sponsored by Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thuc.
This program carries profound humanitarian significance, demonstrating the concern and support of Tuyen Quang Newspaper, radio, and television, along with philanthropists, for students in remote areas during the Lunar New Year. In particular, Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thuc – a native of Tuyen Quang, currently working at Chamvit Group (South Korea) – always dedicates his heart and soul to charitable activities in his hometown, contributing to sharing difficulties and providing joy and motivation for students to confidently continue their education in the new year.
