Through close coordination with departments, agencies, and businesses, the Farmers' Association at all levels has organized numerous training courses on production organization, business management, cooperative thinking, and value chain linkages. The training content focuses on guiding members to access smart agricultural models, apply biotechnology, and produce in an organic and circular manner; thereby improving the quality of agricultural products, ensuring food safety and hygiene, and increasing product value.
According to the report of the Provincial Farmers' Association, in 2025, 172,750 farming households signed commitments to produce and trade safe agricultural products and food for public health. In addition, the association also focused on training more than 250 association officials at all levels and 1,950 farmer members in skills related to production linkages, connecting agricultural product consumption, and developing OCOP products; while also supporting and accompanying farmers in their entrepreneurial journey.
In addition to on-the-job training, the various levels of the association also organize numerous study tours to learn from successful production and business models both within and outside the province.
Following these field trips, many local branches and members have boldly applied and implemented the strategies in a way that suits their local conditions, contributing to improved production efficiency, creating sustainable livelihoods, and promoting rural economic development.
