Attending the ceremony were Major General Nguyen Thanh Trang, Director of the Department of Security Industry, Ministry of Public Security ; Mr. Nguyen Van Tan, General Director of Telecommunication Services Company; Mr. Le Xuan Tien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of VTC Telecommunication Joint Stock Corporation; representatives of leaders of functional departments of 03 units.
According to the cooperation memorandum, the three units will cooperate to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation to serve fire prevention and fighting (PCCC). Support each other in research, production, and development of solutions in PCCC work; coordinate in communicating the State's orientations, solutions, and equipment applying information technology to serve PCCC work; support bringing solutions and equipment applying new technology in PCCC work to agencies, organizations, businesses and people, ensuring security, safety and following the State's orientation.

The Memorandum of Understanding facilitates the establishment of information channels and information exchange, scientific research cooperation and development of products applying new technologies in fire prevention and fighting.
The application of digital technology in the field of early warning of fire prevention and fighting is a new step to minimize risks to people's lives and property, while bringing about effectiveness in preventing and stopping fires and explosions, and determining the cause of fires.
At the ceremony, leaders of the Department of Security Industry, Ministry of Public Security; Telecommunication Services Corporation and VTC Telecommunications Joint Stock Corporation signed and exchanged the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation.
