Strengthening skills in implementing social insurance and health insurance policies

DNO - On November 14, Da Nang City Social Insurance organized a training conference on social insurance and health insurance policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees at ward and commune levels.

The delegates were trained in depth on many important contents. These included the collection and development of social insurance (SI) and health insurance (HI) participants; and the advisory work on the activities of the Steering Committee for the implementation of SI and HI policies at the ward and commune levels. In addition, the program also updated the professional skills and new points on SI and unemployment insurance regimes.

At the same time, the program also provides guidance on health insurance regimes; procedures for receiving and returning administrative procedure results; and skills in propaganda, support, consultation and dialogue on insurance policies for grassroots cadres, civil servants and public employees.

In addition, the organizing committee has organized to answer questions arising in practice, in order to support localities in removing difficulties in the implementation process.

The program has contributed to equipping and updating knowledge on social insurance and health insurance policies, thereby improving the capacity to perform tasks for grassroots staff and ensuring social security rights for local people.
