The Provincial Wushu and Lion Dance Federation should promote its role as a professional organization, strengthen propaganda and guidance for member units to raise awareness of law compliance and maintain professional ethics. Performances should be organized professionally and in accordance with traditional customs and practices. The People's Committees of communes and wards should strengthen state management in their areas, requiring lion dance troupes to register, notify, and fully comply with current regulations when organizing performances.
