Create motivation for lecturers and employees to confidently contribute

Lac Hong University Trade Union currently has 18 Trade Union groups with nearly 500 union members. In the 2023-2025 term, the Executive Committee of the University Trade Union has promoted the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, performed well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; at the same time, actively participated in emulation movements, making an important contribution to the development of the school.

Lac Hong University Trade Union always cares about and improves the material and spiritual life of union members; at the same time, it advises and proposes to the school to sign collective labor agreements in accordance with procedures and regulations with many more favorable terms for employees. Along with that, it actively coordinates with professionals to implement many specific, creative, effective and suitable solutions, gradually contributing to improving the quality of teachers and employees.

Acknowledging the outstanding achievements of Lac Hong University Trade Union, Chairman of Vietnam Education Trade Union Nguyen Ngoc An highly appreciated the creative and in-depth model and approach that brought practical results of the school's Trade Union in the past term. At the same time, he requested the school's Trade Union to continue promoting the achievements; the Trade Union staff need to further enhance their role in caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, thereby creating motivation for lecturers and employees to confidently contribute and complete their assigned tasks well.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of Lac Hong University Trade Union consisting of 11 members. Mr. Dang Dai Hung was re-elected as Chairman of the University Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
