According to Travel and Leisure magazine, Vietnam is famous for its stunning natural landscapes and possesses a fascinating world hidden beneath the surface.
The caves here offer a thrilling experience for adventure lovers with activities such as trekking, boating, and river crossing. Among them, there are six outstanding caves that tourists should include in their Vietnam exploration itineraries, all located in Quang Tri province. These include: Thien Duong Cave, Va Cave, Son Doong Cave, En Cave, the Tu Lan cave system, and Phong Nha Cave.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri province, these caves are all located within the Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park complex and are attractive tourist products that have drawn a large number of domestic and foreign tourists to visit and experience. Besides that, Quang Tri also has many other magnificent caves, along with beautiful streams, beaches, and a system of historical relics bearing the unique cultural and historical imprint of the locality… making it a popular destination for many tourists.
Moreover, Quang Tri also boasts an underground wonder, the Vinh Moc Tunnels, which was recently recognized by Lonely Planet magazine as one of the quintessential destinations for experiencing the Vietnam War through the eyes of the local people.
