Novaland Group is looking to recruit approximately 15,000 employees to work in Dong Nai province.

(Dong Nai) - On February 11th, a representative of Nova Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company (Novaland Group) announced that the company had sent a document to the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Internal Affairs proposing cooperation in organizing a job counseling and placement program for projects in the Aqua City ecological urban area.

According to Novaland , the company is currently developing the Aqua City ecological urban area in Long Hung and Tam Phuoc wards. During the peak construction phase and the commissioning of various components, the projects require a very large workforce with diverse skills, including engineers, supervisors, construction technicians; project management personnel; operation and maintenance; urban services and amenities; security, landscaping, environmental sanitation, and many other support positions. The total projected recruitment need is approximately 15,000 people.

Based on this, Novaland proposes coordinating with the Department of Internal Affairs to organize a job counseling and placement program to promote the positions currently needed for the Aqua City project. The Group aims to prioritize the use of local labor, creating more stable job opportunities for local people, contributing to increased income, ensuring social security, and maximizing the effectiveness of the province's human resources. This also demonstrates the Group's commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development orientation.

According to the corporation, given the large scale and rapid implementation progress, proactively preparing a suitable workforce is a key factor in ensuring the project is completed on schedule, meeting quality, safety, and investment efficiency requirements as committed to the provincial leadership.

Aqua City is the largest real estate project in Dong Nai province, spanning over 1,000 hectares. To date, more than 1,000 townhouses and villas have been handed over to customers, with many households already living there; nearly 2,400 units are eligible for sales contracts; and many amenities have been completed and put into use.

The project is expected to be fully completed in 2026; approximately 9,200 units will be delivered to customers during the 2026-2027 period.

With its high demand for manpower and the progress of its implementation as described above, Aqua City is proving to be a bright spot in the Dong Nai real estate market and will contribute to shaping the future of riverside ecological urban areas.
