On the morning of November 27, in Hanoi , the 8th National Congress of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, term 2025-2030, held a solemn session, with the participation of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, leaders of central ministries and branches, and 900 official delegates who are outstanding young entrepreneurs, representing more than 21,000 young entrepreneur members nationwide.
Speaking at the congress, the Prime Minister emphasized that the business community is the main material production force of the Vietnamese economy , playing a very important role in the cause of building and developing the socialist Vietnam. After nearly 40 years of renovation, Vietnam's economy has grown quite impressively. GDP in 2025 is estimated to reach over 510 billion USD, GDP per capita is about 5,000 USD, bringing our country officially into the group of upper middle-income countries.
Currently, Vietnam has more than 1 million operating enterprises, the business sector alone contributes more than 60% of GDP, about 30% of the total number of employees, with 15.6 million workers, of which private enterprises account for 82%.
From the economic picture and the growing role of the business community, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh suggested that the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association with "far-sighted vision, broad thinking, deep thinking, big action", "valuing time, intelligence, decisiveness", in the spirit of "unity to create strength, cooperation to create benefits, dialogue to increase trust" implement 6 pioneers.
In particular, pioneering in building a generation of young entrepreneurs with revolutionary ideals, patriotism, national pride, a burning desire to contribute, daring to take on difficult and new tasks. At the same time, building a Vietnamese entrepreneurial culture - "Pure heart, bright mind, great ambition, dedicated to the country and the people" - young entrepreneurs must enrich themselves legitimately, respect the law, think deeply and do great things; take care of workers, spread the spirit of mutual love associated with social responsibility, national love, and compatriotism.

Notably, the solemn session of the Congress also announced the results of the consultation and introduced the Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, term VIII, and key leadership positions. In particular, Mr. Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietravel Airlines, was elected to the Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, term VIII.
Participating in the Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, term VIII, is not only a recognition of Mr. Do Vinh Quang personally, but also demonstrates the role, prestige and contributions of T&T Group in the Vietnamese business community, especially in accompanying, supporting and leading the young entrepreneurs - an important force of the private economic sector in the new development stage.
This congress is also an important milestone, marking a new phase of operation for the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association with the mission of strengthening connections, promoting innovation, integration and improving competitiveness for young businesses nationwide.
Also within the framework of the 8th National Congress of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, term 2025-2030, T&T Group and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic cooperation, directly connecting two core forces of the private economic sector: large corporations and the young entrepreneur community.
According to the content of the memorandum of cooperation, T&T Group will develop and implement preferential policies exclusively for members of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, associated with the fields in which the Group is operating and has strengths such as air transport, real estate, trade - retail, handicrafts, sports, agriculture - forestry - fisheries... The cooperation model aims to open up new business opportunities, promote members to access the diverse product - service ecosystem of T&T Group, and at the same time create conditions for young businesses to distribute or cooperate to develop products with the Group.

In the opposite direction, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association will take on the role of connecting, communicating and encouraging members to use and experience T&T Group's products and services. At the same time, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association will support the connection and distribution of products and services developed, invested in or distributed by the Association's members.
According to Mr. Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of T&T Group, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietravel Airlines, Member of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, the signing of the memorandum of understanding between T&T Group and the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association clearly demonstrates T&T Group's orientation in accompanying the young entrepreneur community, creating more motivation for private enterprises to promote their role as the most important driving force of the national economy in the spirit of Resolution 68 of the Politburo. The connection between young enterprises and large corporations will create new value chains, enhance the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises, and promote innovation in the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem.
"Through the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, we hope to accompany young entrepreneurs more deeply, together create new value chains and make practical contributions to the country's development," T&T Group Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Do Vinh Quang emphasized.
Previously, on November 18, T&T Group and the People's Committee of Ca Mau province signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in many important fields, opening up a direction for investment research in a series of large-scale projects, playing a leading role in infrastructure, urban, industrial - logistics and energy development in the southernmost part of the country.
Not only in Ca Mau, in the second half of 2025, T&T Group continuously held working sessions and trade promotion with a series of localities and domestic and international enterprises, focusing on large-scale projects in key areas: energy, logistics, aviation, real estate, industry... These activities continue to show the vision and long-term orientation of T&T Group in investing in key areas, having a fundamental impact on the country's socio-economic development, thereby contributing to supporting regional development and connecting Vietnam with the regional value chain.
