Training on model conversion and tax management methods for business households and individuals

On the afternoon of November 11, the 6th Tax Department of Tuyen Quang province organized a training conference on converting tax management models and methods for all households and individuals doing business in 14 communes and wards managed by the 6th Tax Department.

At the conference, business households and individuals listened to Tax officers from Base 6 of Tuyen Quang province propagate regulations on tax declaration, tax payment, accounting regime and regulations on electronic invoices with tax authority codes generated from cash registers; listened to representatives of software suppliers introduce and guide business households on how to use accounting software, sales software and electronic invoice software.

At the same time, business households also received direct dialogue from Tax officers at Base 6, answering common questions in the process of converting tax payment by lump-sum method to declaration and registration, and using electronic invoices generated from cash registers.

The conference aims to synchronously implement the transformation of tax management models and methods, modernize management work, establish an equal business environment, and ensure that by January 1, 2026, all business households and individuals subject to lump-sum tax management will be converted to management by the declaration method, or transferred to enterprises in 2025.

According to the plan, the conversion will be implemented throughout the province, focusing on areas and localities with many residential business households, with an implementation period of 60 days, from November 1, 2025 to December 30, 2025. Innovating the model and method of tax management for business households and individuals is an inevitable requirement, contributing to the modernization of the Tax sector, ensuring fairness, transparency and improving the efficiency of budget collection.
