Professional training on State management for civil servants in charge of science and information fields

Overview of the training class

Participating in the training course were representatives of commune-level civil servants in charge of Culture - Society of more than 50 communes and wards in the province. At the training course, leaders of specialized departments of the Department of Science and Technology conveyed key contents on State management of Science and Technology, information, including: Procedures for managing grassroots-level Science and Technology tasks using the state budget (for the People's Committees of communes); some contents on state management of the field of Standards, Quality Measurement; some contents on state management of the field of technology management and innovation, etc.

Through the training course, it is aimed at equipping and updating the necessary knowledge and skills to serve the requirements of tasks in the new situation. At the same time, through training, grassroots civil servants are thoroughly informed of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws on science, technology and information; improving the capacity to advise and organize the implementation of state management tasks at the local level, contributing to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of management, promoting digital transformation and developing the grassroots socio -economy.

This is an activity to foster and update knowledge and skills in state management for cadres and civil servants at commune and ward levels, contributing to improving the capacity to perform tasks in each assigned professional field. /.
