
Attending the conference were comrades: leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Association; leaders of the Provincial Center for Disease Control; representatives of Central hospitals; 120 trainees who are leaders and members of the Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation, Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of the Red Cross Associations of 39 communes and wards; full-time officers of the Association, and comrades from Voluntary Blood Donation Clubs (VBDs) and Live Blood Bank Clubs in the province.

At the conference, the trainees were informed by doctors from the Provincial Center for Disease Control about HIV/AIDS prevention and control, provided with information about the HIV/AIDS epidemic situation in Ninh Binh ; the national strategy to end the AIDS epidemic by 2030 ; and introduced the theme of the National Action Month for AIDS prevention and control in 2025.
Also at the conference, representatives of Central hospitals discussed the topics of HMTN and cornea donation.
The training conference aims to effectively implement the HMTN movement, maintain and expand humanitarian models such as : live blood banks and reserve blood donation. Strongly develop the movement of tissue donation, organ donation, cornea donation into a humanitarian highlight of the province, promote extensive and sustainable communication in 2026 and the following years. Innovate communication methods so that all volunteers and people clearly understand the humane meaning of tissue and organ donation - a gesture that can save many patients and bring the opportunity to revive. The conference calls on each officer, member, and volunteer of the Red Cross to be a pioneer in spreading humane gestures - giving life, extending hope.

Also within the framework of the conference, the Provincial Red Cross Association launched a movement to register for organ and tissue donation throughout the province, opening up new humanitarian opportunities for the community.
