Training on science and technology work in 2025

On the morning of November 12, the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission held a national conference to train science and education work in 2025. The conference was held in person and online from the central bridge to the provincial and commune and ward bridges across the country. In Tuyen Quang, the conference was connected to 125 bridges with over 2,000 delegates attending.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Trinh Van Quyet, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, suggested that the conference should focus on raising awareness, unifying the ideology and strategic role of science and education work. Strengthening the capacity to advise, direct, guide, and inspect the implementation of science and education work. At the same time, innovating the content, methods, and style of science and education work in a modern and practical direction; promoting digital transformation, applying artificial intelligence, improving the effectiveness of propagating the Party's guidelines in association with the practical interests of the people; shifting from communication to inspiration, from one-way information to multi-dimensional interaction on digital platforms and modern journalism. Promoting the combined strength of the entire political system to make human culture, moral education, lifestyle, and revolutionary ideals become a solid spiritual foundation of society; forming a unified national science and education network from the central to the grassroots level. Along with that, taking care of building a team of science and education cadres to meet the requirements of the new period.

At the conference, delegates listened to reports on the following topics: Requirements for breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation to meet the new situation; Results of implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines on fundamental innovation in education and training; implementation of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development, tasks of localities in advising on the implementation of this important Resolution; Results of implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines on people's health care and grassroots health development in recent times; tasks and solutions to implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions to strengthen the protection, care and improvement of people's health.

The conference aims to widely implement the Party's policies and resolutions on science and education work; to foster and improve the knowledge and skills of the team working in science and education. At the same time, to improve the effectiveness of consulting, directing, assessing and fighting against wrong views. From there, to create conditions for the team of cadres working in science and education to creatively apply knowledge and skills to practical work in localities, agencies and units.
