Training on how to use the application "Electronic Party Member Handbook"

Mr. Phan Huy Thuc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee - Deputy Director of the Department of Health delivered the opening speech at the conference.

At the conference, delegates were informed of a number of new directives from the Central Committee related to Party work; trained on the features and how to use the Electronic Party Handbook application. For the electronic handbook, instructions on the management, use and exploitation of the "Electronic Party Handbook" application were given, and issues related to the application were also provided. Instructions on logging into the electronic party handbook system introduced the first login process for party members in 2 ways: Logging in with an account and password using a personal identification number (Citizen ID); logging in with VneID (party members need to declare information on the Party member database 3.0 to create an account to use on the Electronic Party Handbook system)...

The electronic party member handbook system is a digital platform for Party organization activities, helping Party members easily access information, study materials, participate in Party cell activities and contribute ideas, contributing to improving the effectiveness of Party work and promoting digital transformation in the Party. For Party committees, the system supports the management, operation and supervision of Party members' activities in an effective, fast and transparent manner. For Party members, the system provides documents and essential tools for studying and Party activities in a convenient and flexible manner.

Putting the electronic Party Member Handbook into widespread use is an important step in concretizing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; contributing to innovating the Party's leadership method, improving the effectiveness of Party organizations, promoting the role, responsibility, pioneering and exemplary role of Party members in the digital transformation process of the Party and the country.
