The training course was attended by 30 trainees from tourist destinations in Bac Tra My district such as: Muong Village Community Tourism Village (Tra Giang commune), Cao Son Cultural Village (Tra Son commune), Noc Xo Ro (Tra Bui commune), Vi Stream Ecotourism Site (Tra Kot commune), Tien River Ecotourism Site (Tra Kot)...

The training class is taught by lecturers from Hue College of Tourism. The main training contents for students include: Instructions on some basic communication skills with tourists; receiving, processing and supporting customers in booking; low-cost marketing methods to attract more tourists.

Trainees also practice the process of providing quality accommodation services to tourists in a family setting; cleaning the house to welcome and serve guests; preparing food and mixing some drinks and serving tourists...

The 6-day training course aims to introduce and foster basic knowledge and skills so that people who are or are planning to do homestay business can deploy home-stay services that ensure safety and quality, contributing to attracting more spending from tourists during their visit and stay in the locality.
