Training to improve the effectiveness of state management of non-public continuing education institutions

On the morning of November 11, at Hoang Son Hotel, the Department of Education and Training (DoET) held a training conference to guide non-public centers and organizations in performing continuing education tasks in Ninh Binh province.

The conference was held to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of centers and non-public organizations performing continuing education tasks in the province. At the same time, it unifies the management and implementation of directive documents of the Ministry of Education and Training and the Department of Education and Training, and guides centers to grasp the legal basis and operate in accordance with current regulations.

Attending the conference were leaders of the Department of Education and Training; representatives of the Department of Home Affairs, Provincial Police; Heads of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs of communes and wards; Directors and managers in charge of operating types of centers: Foreign Language, Foreign Language - Information Technology, Life skills education, Support for the development of inclusive education and Business organizations providing study abroad consulting services in the province.

At the training session, delegates listened to representatives of the Department of Education and Training present the core contents of state management of non-public continuing education institutions. Including: Coordination of management between agencies, units, and localities for centers and organizations; organization, operation, and preparation of periodic reports; requirements and regulations on conditions to ensure quality of operations and responsibilities of centers and organizations; handling of communications and handling of violations; administrative processes and procedures on: licensing of establishment, dissolution, name change, address change, program change, personnel change, etc.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Vu Tuan Hung, Deputy Head of Internal Political Security Department (PA 03, Provincial Police) discussed the topic at the conference.

Representatives of the Provincial Police and the Provincial Department of Home Affairs discussed requirements and regulations for licensed non-public centers and organizations performing GDTX tasks.

The conference also took time to exchange, discuss and answer opinions of non-public centers and organizations performing GDTX tasks in the province. This is an opportunity for units to clarify difficulties and ensure operations in accordance with current legal documents.
