Training to improve management and operational capacity for key staff of the Cooperative

On November 5, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Cooperative Union coordinated with the People's Committee of Yen Minh commune to organize a training course to improve management and operation capacity for key cooperative officials in 2025. Attending the course was Mr. Cao Hung Dung, Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Union.

Overview of the training class.

The class was attended by 50 students who are managers and members of agricultural and forestry cooperatives in Yen Minh commune. During 1 day, the students learned about the following contents: State management of agricultural cooperatives according to the 2-level local government organization model; methods to improve business capacity, administration, production organization; expanding value chain linkages; application of "Comprehensive digital agricultural ecosystem".

It is known that, implementing the Training Plan to improve management and operation capacity for key cooperative officials in 2025, the Provincial Cooperative Union organized 3 classes, of which 2 classes were completed in Ha Giang 2 ward, Yen Minh commune and will soon organize 1 class in Minh Xuan ward, with a total of over 150 students participating in the classes.
