Training on administrative reform for 30 officials of departments, branches and units

On December 9, the Ministry of Home Affairs organized an online training conference on administrative reform (AR) for cadres, civil servants, and public employees working in the AR sector in ministries, branches, provinces, and cities. At the Tuyen Quang province bridge, there were leaders of the Department of Home Affairs, cadres, civil servants of departments, branches, agencies, and units in the area.

In the training program, the lecturer, who is a leader of the Ministry of Home Affairs , reported on: Results, difficulties, and limitations in administrative reform work in the past time and key tasks in the coming time; solutions to improve the administrative reform index; strengthen discipline and administrative discipline of civil servants and public employees to meet the requirements of administrative reform in the new situation; introduce and share some key issues in implementing the current 2-level local government model and the work of reorganizing the apparatus.

Trainees are also updated with new regulations and guidelines in administrative reform work; consulting work, organizing and implementing administrative reform tasks at agencies, units, and localities...

The training program aims to raise awareness, sense of responsibility and capacity to perform public duties of civil servants and public employees; create unity in perception and action, contribute to promoting administrative reform, promoting digital transformation and building a modern, professional and service-oriented administration.
