
This is a basic training activity, aiming to consolidate professional skills, enhance administrative discipline and meet the requirements of digital transformation in current document and archive work.
In his opening speech, Deputy Chief of the Tax Department Office Nguyen Huu Hung emphasized that the work of document storage and protection of state secrets is one of the pillars of administrative discipline. Participation in training is not only to equip knowledge, but also to build a professional working style, standardize processes, ensure confidentiality and safety in document management.

(i) Current regulations and instructions for performing a number of tasks in clerical work.
(ii) Law on Archives 2024 and current regulations.
(iii) Regulations on protection of state secrets.
The training program is assessed to be highly up-to-date, focusing on key issues of document-archiving work and state secret protection in the context of the Tax Department promoting digital transformation.
The training program focuses on studying the following contents: Systematizing the latest legal regulations on documents, archiving and document security; Skills in creating work records, managing electronic documents, digitizing and archiving records on document management software; Responsibilities of leaders, officials and civil servants in protecting state secrets; Typical violations and preventive measures; New requirements in office administration and information security in the electronic working environment.

Through the course, civil servants are updated with new regulations, detailed instructions and practical experience sharing, contributing to standardizing operations, improving the quality of consulting, serving the management and operation of the Tax Department. With the knowledge acquired through the course, tax civil servants can flexibly apply it in practice, especially in the period when the tax sector is promoting digital transformation and automation of business processes.
It can be affirmed that, although the work of document-archiving and protecting state secrets is a quiet but extremely important field, requiring carefulness, meticulousness and a high sense of responsibility from each cadre and civil servant. After this training course, civil servants will have more knowledge, skills and experience to better perform assigned tasks, contributing to building a modern and professional tax administration.
